Alan's Car

Alan's car got broken into the other night. They busted in his rear window to get in. They stole his cd player and cut some wires. We were very annoyed that someone would actually do this kind of thing.

Alan's Birthday

Sunday was Alan's 25 birthday. Saturday we went to a Jazz game with Tyler (friend). It was fun. Sunday we had dinner and cake. I put his presents under the sign. I got him a byu hat and a pair of shorts.

I made a sign for him and hung it from the ceiling.

Baby Update

Today was our first doctor appointment. The doctor said everything looks good. They did an ultrasound to see the baby. It was really cool to see the baby inside. We could see the head and what looked like two little arms and feet. The baby even was moving when we saw it. We then were able to hear the baby's heart beat. It was an awesome experience to see and hear. The official due date is Oct. 27.

Cat's Out of The Bag

We were planning to not share the big news until I went to the doctor but it has come out. The wait is finally over for some. Alan and I are expanding our family. I am pregnant. The due date we figured out is the end of October. I have my first doctor's appointment on the 27th. We are excited.

Valentines Day Gifts

So here are my after valentines roses since we went up to Idaho for the weekend. Both of our presents to each other this year we ordered online so they were a little late.

Mine came in on wednesday so Alan picked it up and surprised me (the website said it wouldn't come in till beginning of march). He went and got 2 dozen roses (red and orange). He wrote me a love note he put by the door when I first walked in.

then he took the red roses and made a trail leading back to where he put the present.

I found the present with another set of dozen roses.

No Stones

I got my results from the ct scan today and I don't have kidney stones. My back pain was from the infection and medication.

My Week of Pain

Here is the story of my week of pain.

Starting sunday night it would burn when I went pee. So monday I went to the doctor. I had a urinary tract infection. Not fun at all. Also the right side of my back started hurting. Well that went away monday night. Tuesday night the left side of my back started hurting. Then on wednesday both sides of my back were hurting and still is sore. Sometimes it doesn't hurt very much and other times it would wake me up in the middle of the night it hurt so bad. I went to work and felt stupid because I would just start crying. Oh well at least they knew I was in pain.

Friday I went and got a CT scan to see if I was having kidney stones. I don't know the result of the scan yet. My back today was not bad. The uti is cleared up and now hopefully my back will too.

Two of the medication were for the uti and one is a pain killer.
